In light of the mounting disruptions caused by COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Engage 2020. We have confirmed dates for next year, and look forward to hosting you June 15-18, 2021 in Baltimore, Maryland. For your convenience, we have provided some commonly asked questions below that you may find helpful during this time.

2020 Registration Policies
If you were registered for Watermark Engage 2020, you have until Friday, May 1, 2020 to notify firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like your registration rolled over (guaranteeing a spot and same rate) to Engage 2021, or would like a refund. If you do not notify us by that date, your registration will automatically be applied to the 2021 conference.
While we anxiously await building the 2021 agenda, below is a general outline for each day so you can plan your travel accordingly. View sample certification and workshop details here.
Tuesday, June 15: Daylong, product-specific Certifications (optional), Opening Reception ~5:30pm
Wednesday & Thursday, June 16 & 17: General Session conference days, main conference concludes Thursday by 5pm, Opening Reception (offsite) 7-10pm. all included with registration.
Friday, June 18: Product specific Workshops, conclude by 1pm (optional)
Our room block at the newly renovated Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel will be available for booking soon. Rooms will be available for a discounted rate of $169/night, plus taxes, until May 14, depending on availability. Limited rooms are available, so book early.
Breakfast, lunch, refreshments and beverages are included both main days of the conference, June 16-17. Heavy appetizers and refreshments will also be provided at Tuesday and Wednesday’s evening events.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and check payments.
Cancellations received on or before Friday, May 14, 2021 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 14, 2021. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to email@example.com. Any hotel room and/or airfare cancellation must be made directly with the individual hotel or airline and is subject to its refund/cancellation policies.
Substitution of registrants is permitted as long as both individuals are from the same institution AND the request is received prior to Friday, June 11, 2021. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a substitution.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images and Video Policy
Watermark reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during Watermark Engage for marketing purposes including, but not limited to, social media, our websites, and in print and/or email marketing campaigns. By registering for Watermark Engage, you authorize Watermark to use your likeness without additional permission for these purposes. Please contact email@example.com, if you do not wish to be included.
