Wondering about your registration options? Right now, our Early Bird ticket is available and include access to attend the general conference taking place on Wednesday and Thursday, June 17-18, however you will soon have the option to join us for additional training sessions that same week. Details on our 2020 training and workshops will be available soon and you’ll be able to go back and add those on to your registration for an additional cost at that time. Trainings will take place on Tuesday, June 16 (~8am-4pm) and a variety of workshops will be held on Friday, June 19. See below for additional pricing and event details!

While we are working on the detailed agenda, below is a general outline for each day so you can plan your travel accordingly.
Tuesday: Daylong, product-specific Certifications (optional), Opening Reception ~5:30pm
Wednesday & Thursday: General Session conference days, Wednesday evening reception, main conference concludes Thursday by 5pm.
Friday: Product specific Workshops, conclude by 1pm (optional)
Book your room today at the newly renovated Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. Our block of rooms are available for a discounted rate of $169/night, plus taxes, until May 15, depending on availability. Limited rooms are available, so book early.
Breakfast, lunch, refreshments and beverages are included both main days of the conference, June 17-18. Heavy appetizers and refreshments will also be provided at Tuesday and Wednesday’s evening events.

Cancellations received on or before Friday, May 15, 2020 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 15, 2020. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any hotel room and/or airfare cancellation must be made directly with the individual hotel or airline and is subject to its refund/cancellation policies.
Substitution of registrants is permitted as long as both individuals are from the same institution AND the request is received prior to Friday, June 12, 2020. Contact email@example.com to request a substitution.
