New SmartCatalog administrators, or those seeking a refresher, will learn both administrator and basic editor functions, as well as best practices to ensure ongoing success. You’ll benefit from hands-on practice correcting sections edited by others, restoring deleted sections, creating new items, and understanding how and when to contact support. This course will prepare you to train users, manage the system, and pass the certification test. A boxed lunch is included in this registration.
